Telegram Mini App & Bot Development in Singapore
Last updated: October 2026
shakalakaa designs, builds and operates Telegram bots, Telegram Mini Apps and branded mini games for Singapore brands. Behind each one sits a lead backend that keeps every player who opted in and lets the brand reach them again.
It is a managed build for one campaign or programme, not a bot template or a do-it-yourself builder.
Singapore brands and institutions we work with
Four parts of one Telegram build
Bots and Telegram automation
Custom Telegram bot Singapore builds: onboarding steps, menus, a one-tap button to share a phone number, staff commands, and timed or recurring posts to people who opened the bot.
Telegram Mini Apps
Small web apps that launch inside Telegram from the bot, its menu button or a shared link, and that also open in an ordinary browser.
Branded mini games
A branded mini game for Singapore campaigns: quick rounds with entries, high scores, leaderboards and prizes that point back to the brand's offer.
The lead backend
Each player's Telegram ID, the number they chose to share, where they came from and what they did, kept in a Telegram CRM with segments and scheduled sends. See custom CRM and backends.
Our games are made for brand promotions and gamification marketing in Singapore. Commercial game titles for studios are not work we take on.
From brief to the next round
The offer
What players can win, who the campaign is aimed at and what makes a lead worth keeping.
Flow and rules
Each bot step, the rules of the game and the moment consent is asked for.
Build and test
Bot, Mini App and game built together and checked on phones and desktops.
Admin and data
Player records, a staff view, segments and a send schedule.
Traffic
Players come in from Meta ads in Singapore, or through creators in our influencer campaigns.
Follow-up
Recurring posts go to players who engaged, and the next round is shaped by how they played.
A prize-game bot we built and still run
For a prize promotion, we replaced an older Telegram bot with a new one.
Players share their number with a single tap and then play a space-shooter game that we wrote from the ground up, with real prizes at stake.
One admin login runs the whole campaign. The backend keeps each player's Telegram ID and number, and sends timed, repeating posts to everyone who has taken part.
Built to Telegram's rules and to PDPA
Who we build for
Our Telegram Mini App development in Singapore is for regional brands headquartered here, multi-outlet F&B and retail groups, marketplace and app businesses, and property developers.
Each needs a list of players it can contact again, not a single post.
For those regional brands, F&B and retail groups, marketplace businesses and developers, one team handles the bot, the game, the backend and the reporting.

Frequently asked questions
How do a Telegram bot, a Mini App and a mini game differ?
The bot is the chat account that welcomes people, asks questions and sends messages. A Mini App is a web app that launches inside Telegram from the bot. A mini game, also called an advergame, is a Mini App built as a short branded game.
Can the bot send messages to our whole customer database?
No. Telegram allows a bot to broadcast only to users who gave it permission to contact them, usually by opening the bot. Existing customer lists cannot be messaged, and purchased lists are never used.
How does the bot get a player's phone number?
The player taps Telegram's share-contact button, which sends their number to the bot. Consent is recorded with that entry, and no one types a number into a form.
Can a Telegram Mini App game be played outside Telegram?
Yes. The game is built as a web app, so the same build also opens as a normal web page from an ad, a link or a QR code.
Who owns the bot and the player data?
The brand does, not the Telegram bot developer. Ownership of the bot is transferred to the client, and player data can be exported whenever it is needed.
Can the bot feed our CRM or WhatsApp follow-up?
Yes, within the agreed scope. Players can be passed to an existing CRM, and those who agreed can move into a WhatsApp follow-up flow.

What sets the cost of a Telegram bot for business?
Each build is scoped and quoted. Cost depends on the number of bot flows, how complex the game is, the prize mechanics, the backend and integrations, and how long we operate it.
Do you make commercial games?
No. Our Telegram bot development Singapore work covers branded and promotional mini games for campaigns, not commercial titles for game studios.
