Nuffield Dental: Dental Implant SEO in Singapore That Tripled Full-Arch Consultations

Search engine optimisation for All-on-4® Singapore, Nuffield Dental's full-arch implant service across its Singapore clinics: treatment keyword mapping, surgeon-reviewed clinical guides, medical schema and per-clinic pages, measured in booked implant consultations.

Last updated September 2026

The client

Nuffield Dental runs ten clinics across Singapore, and All-on-4® Singapore is its full-arch implant service: fixed full-jaw replacement, FP1 restorations that preserve the natural gum line, and zygomatic and pterygoid implants for patients with severe bone loss. These are high-value treatments that patients research for weeks, often after another clinic has turned them away.

The problem

At the start of 2025 the site sat between position six and fourteen on Google Singapore for its core procedure searches, drew about 2,100 non-branded visitors a month and booked around 28 implant consultations a month from organic search. Paid search filled the gap, at about SGD 185.00 per qualified patient inquiry.

What we did

  • Treatment keyword mapping. Pages built around what full-arch patients actually search — same-day implants, full-jaw tooth replacement, All-on-4 in Singapore — including pages for international patients.
  • Education that answers the hard questions. An FP1-versus-FP3 comparison pillar on gum preservation, and technical guides on zygomatic implant techniques for patients with severe bone loss, including long-tail questions such as whether implants are possible after bone loss.
  • Surgeon-reviewed clinical content. Treatment guides, surgical-risk disclosures and the CT-scan assessment steps reviewed by the clinic's SDC-registered dental surgeons, with Person and Physician schema linking each guide to its reviewer.
  • Medical schema and speed. MedicalClinic, Dentist and MedicalProcedure schema describing the procedures, and rendering and imagery work bringing mobile largest contentful paint under 1.4 seconds.
  • Clinic pages and conversion. Location pages for Wheelock Place, Marina One, Raffles Place and Bedok, and treatment pages with WhatsApp consultation buttons and booking forms.

Sources: Google Search Console and GA4 (visitors), Ahrefs and Semrush rank audits geo-targeted to Singapore (positions), GA4 event tracking and Nuffield Dental reception records (consultations), the client's blended patient-acquisition cost analytics comparing organic with paid search (cost per inquiry), and PageSpeed Insights (load).

The cost-per-inquiry row compares two channels over the same period; it is not a before-and-after figure, and it is not shakalakaa's fee, which we do not publish.

What this means for your dental group

The plain-language version. Nuffield Dental's full-arch pages now rank first on Google Singapore for three of their four core procedure searches and second on the fourth. Non-branded visitors grew by 265%, organic implant consultations more than tripled to about 95 a month, and each organic inquiry costs roughly half what a paid-search inquiry does.

What this says about shakalakaa: we run SEO for Singapore healthcare operators at multi-clinic scale, write clinical content the way Google and Singapore's advertising rules expect, and measure it in booked consultations. The same approach is set out on our Singapore dental clinic marketing and Singapore healthcare marketing pages.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What did shakalakaa do for Nuffield Dental?

Mapped full-arch treatment searches, built comparison and bone-loss guides reviewed by the clinic's SDC-registered surgeons, added MedicalClinic, Dentist and MedicalProcedure schema, optimised four clinic location pages and brought mobile pages under 1.4 seconds.

What were the results?

From January 2025 to August 2026: non-branded visitors from 2,100 to 7,665 a month, position one for All-on-4, FP1 and zygomatic implant searches in Singapore, and organic implant consultations from 28 to 95 a month.

Why do clinical pages need a named reviewer?

Google holds health pages to a higher standard of expertise and trust, and Singapore's rules expect accurate, non-misleading clinical information. A registered surgeon reviewing each guide meets both.

Is the SGD 96.20 cost per inquiry shakalakaa's fee?

No. It is the client's own calculation of cost per qualified inquiry from organic search, compared with paid search. shakalakaa does not publish its fees.
