i.Dental Singapore: Invisalign Clinic Marketing, from 42 to 168 Qualified Leads a Month

Meta Ads, on-site video and photo shoots, dentist-led social content and a rebuilt booking website for i.Dental, a Singapore dental group with clinics in Tanjong Pagar, Ubi and Yishun, aimed at Invisalign patients and measured in qualified leads, web conversion and consultation attendance through 2024.

Last updated September 2026

The client

i.Dental is a Singapore dental group with clinics in Tanjong Pagar, Ubi and Yishun. Invisalign clear aligners are one of its core treatments, and the engagement was set up to grow Invisalign enquiries across the group.

The problem

Unfocused Meta targeting was inflating the cost of each enquiry, stock imagery gave people no sense of the clinics or the dentists, and a slow mobile site lost visitors before they booked.

At the start of the 2024 engagement the group received 42 qualified leads a month at SGD 142 each, 1.2% of website visitors enquired, and 58% of booked consultations were attended.

What we did

  • On-site shooting. Quarterly shoots at the Tanjong Pagar clinic, filming the dentists and the clinic itself in place of stock imagery.
  • Dentist-led social content. Education on clear aligners, with short-form reels answering common questions about treatment timelines and comfort.
  • Meta Ads lead funnels. Campaigns aimed at Singapore adults, built from the clinic footage, with a bank of 120+ modular clips so creative can be tested continuously.
  • A faster booking site. Asset compression cut mobile page load from 4.2 to 1.1 seconds, and a two-step appointment form with real-time slot selection replaced the old booking flow.
  • Attendance reminders. SMS and email reminders ahead of each consultation.
  • Maintenance. A retainer covering tracking fixes, security patching, GA4 attribution hygiene and landing page updates.

What this means for your dental group

The plain-language version. Through 2024 the group went from 42 to 168 qualified Invisalign leads a month, each lead cost SGD 46 instead of SGD 142, three times as many website visitors enquired, and 81% of booked consultations were attended instead of 58%.

What this says about shakalakaa: we run the Meta Ads, shoot the video and build the website for Singapore clinics as one programme, inside Singapore's healthcare advertising rules. The same approach is set out on our Singapore dental clinic marketing page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What did shakalakaa do for i.Dental?

Meta Ads lead funnels for Invisalign, quarterly on-site shoots of the dentists and clinic, dentist-led social content, a faster booking website with a two-step appointment form, SMS and email reminders, and an ongoing maintenance retainer.

What were the results?

Across 2024: qualified leads from 42 to 168 a month, cost per lead from SGD 142 to SGD 46, website conversion from 1.2% to 3.9%, and consultation show-up from 58% to 81%.

Why rebuild the website as well as the ads?

Because most visitors arrived on mobile and the old site took 4.2 seconds to load. At 1.1 seconds, with a two-step booking form, more of the people the ads brought in actually enquired.

Is the SGD 46 shakalakaa's fee?

No. It is the client's Meta media cost per lead. shakalakaa does not publish its fees.
