Who we build learning management systems for
We build for institutions whose courses, students and records have outgrown spreadsheets and a patchwork of tools:
- Universities and private education institutions running several programmes and intakes a year.
- International and private schools that need one place for classes, parents and fees.
- Training academies delivering courses to working adults and corporate clients.
- Corporate academies training staff across outlets, clinics or offices.
On this page, LMS always means a learning management system. Each build is scoped to the institution, not sold as a licence.
School management system and student information system builds
Most institutions need more than courses online. We build the parts as one system, sharing one student record:
- Learning management system: courses, lessons, assessments, attendance and progress for students and teachers.
- Student information system: enrolment, class lists, results and records in one place, with access by role.
- School management system: timetables, fees and invoices, staff and campus administration.
- Admissions and enquiry CRM: every enquiry from ads, open days and WhatsApp tracked through to application and enrolment.
- Parent and student portals: notices, results and payments on the web or in an app, with Singpass login where needed.
Integrations: Singpass, the CRM and the tools staff already use
Singpass Login lets students, parents or applicants sign in without a new password, and Myinfo pre-fills application forms with verified details. Both are provided through the government's Singpass Developer Portal (opens in a new tab), where your institution applies for access in its own name.
We also connect the system to the CRM your admissions team runs, the payment gateway, email and calendar tools, and WhatsApp for reminders and enquiries. Whether course content must import as SCORM or xAPI packages is settled at scoping. For portals beyond education, see custom software development in Singapore.
Student and parent data under the PDPA
Student, parent and staff records are personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Each build records consent where data is collected, limits access by role, logs who viewed or changed a record, and sets retention rules your data protection officer approves.
Marketing messages by SMS, call or WhatsApp to Singapore numbers are checked against the Do Not Call Registry before they are sent. Hosting region and backup arrangements are agreed with your IT team before build, and the system stays in your accounts once it is handed over.
How a learning management system build runs
- Discovery. Sessions with the registrar, academic, finance and IT teams to map records, workflows and integrations.
- Design. Screens and flows tested with staff, students and parents before code is written.
- Staged build. The module that costs the most staff time goes first, often admissions or the student record.
- Migration and training. Existing records moved and checked, staff trained, documentation handed over.
- Support. Fixes, updates and new modules after launch, scoped with your team.
Every engagement is a custom quote after discovery. Talk to our Singapore team.
Where the system meets student recruitment
An admissions system is only as good as the enquiries it receives, so we connect it to the campaigns that bring them in: enquiry, application and enrolment stages go back to Google and Meta as conversions, and bids follow students who enrol.
Our published education work in Singapore is marketing: for PSB Academy, a private education institution, programme-level SEO and a Meta Ads lead funnel cut cost per qualified lead by 42% over Q1 to Q3 2025. See education marketing in Singapore.
