Seoul Aesthetic Hong Kong: Aesthetic Clinic Marketing, Consultation Enquiries Up 4×

Meta Ads routed into WhatsApp consultation triage, high-intent Google Search campaigns and clinical social content for Seoul Aesthetic, a Hong Kong medical aesthetics clinic, measured in consultation enquiries, blended cost per lead, show-up rate and attributed return on ad spend.

The client

Seoul Aesthetic is a Hong Kong clinical medical aesthetics clinic offering Korean treatment protocols, including high-ticket energy-device treatments.

The problem

Earlier campaigns produced casual price enquiries rather than consultations for the clinic's high-ticket treatments. Competing clinics were taking the patients searching for exactly those treatments, and the clinic's social feeds did not show its clinical standards or certified protocols. At the start the clinic received 42 consultation enquiries a month at HK$1,150 each, and 51% of booked patients attended.

What we did

  • Meta Ads into WhatsApp triage. Reels and carousel ads testing pain-point creative against aspirational results creative, leading to a mobile assessment selector and a personal WhatsApp consultation with a clinic coordinator.
  • Google Search for high intent. Campaigns on specific treatment searches, for people already close to booking.
  • Clinical social content. Instagram feeds built around the clinic's certified Korean protocols, practitioner explainers and zero-downtime treatment logs.
  • Trust-first messaging. Certified practitioners and genuine devices shown up front, and the local worry about hard selling addressed before the visit.
  • Treatment bundles. Skin-booster and energy-device treatments presented together as one facial protocol, to lift first-visit value.
  • Fast follow-up. The clinic's coordinators answer each enquiry within five minutes.

What this means for your clinic

The plain-language version. Within six months the clinic went from 42 to 168 consultation enquiries a month, each enquiry cost HK$380 instead of HK$1,150, and 84% of booked patients turned up instead of 51%.

What this says about shakalakaa: we run Meta Ads, Google Search and social content for Hong Kong clinics as one programme, measured to attended consultations rather than to clicks.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What did shakalakaa do for Seoul Aesthetic?

Ran Meta Ads into a WhatsApp consultation triage flow, Google Search campaigns for high-intent treatment searches, and the clinic's clinical Instagram content, with server-side attribution across all three.

What were the results?

Over a six-month growth phase: consultation enquiries from 42 to 168 a month, blended cost per lead from HK$1,150 to HK$380, show-up from 51% to 84%, and attributed ROAS from 1.8× to 5.4×.

Why did show-up improve as well as lead volume?

Because the ads and content showed certified practitioners and addressed hard selling before the visit, and coordinators replied to each enquiry within five minutes, so more booked patients arrived.

Is the HK$380 shakalakaa's fee?

No. It is the client's blended Meta and Google media cost per lead. shakalakaa does not publish its fees.
