What we build for agencies
Our white label web design services cover five kinds of build:
- White label WordPress development. Custom themes and builds, not page-builder templates.
- Shopify and Shopify Plus. Custom themes, B2B wholesale and subscriptions; white label Shopify development from a design file or from scratch.
- Custom-coded sites. For clients whose site has to do more than a theme allows.
- Landing pages. For your paid campaigns, with tracking set up.
- Apps. White label app development where a client needs one, alongside the site.
We design from your brief or inside your design system, and white label website development stays in your name from the first file to launch.
Who owns the site
You or your client own the code, the hosting and every login. We build in accounts you control and hand over everything at launch; nothing is left on a shakalakaa server or account.
After launch we can stay on for maintenance and updates under the same white-label terms.
How a build runs
You send the brief or the Figma files, we confirm scope and a build plan, you review on a staging site under your name, and we launch when you sign off.
Kuala Lumpur is on UTC+8 all year. That puts us 12 hours ahead of New York and Toronto in summer (EDT) and 13 in winter (EST), 15 to 16 hours ahead of Los Angeles and Vancouver, and 7 hours ahead of London in summer (BST), 8 in winter (GMT).
- You brief us at the end of your day, and the work moves while you sleep.
Your brand, not ours
These are the white-label terms on every engagement, in writing:
- No shakalakaa branding. Nothing we send for your clients carries our name: not the files, not the reports, not the emails.
- NDA first. We sign an NDA before you share any client details.
- Your client stays yours. We never contact your client unless you ask us to.
Delivered by our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We work with agencies in the US, UK and Canada remotely; we have no office in any of them.
The same team's brand-side builds
We don't publish partner results. These are our own brand-side builds, by the same team:
- Lifnex: a custom Shopify theme that took the mobile Lighthouse score from 31 to 98.
- Nomad Coffee Group: Shopify Plus with a B2B wholesale portal; organic visits from 18,400 to 70,800 a month.
- Ofload: a native carrier app that took installs from 1,150 to 6,700 a month.
